Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-924 to add three new grounds for disciplinary action against doctors of chiropractic: dividing professional fees or receiving consideration for patient referrals outside bona fide employment/partnership relationships (paragraph 29), practicing under another's name or trade name that misrepresents chiropractic practice (paragraph 30), and harassing, exploiting or retaliating against patients, former patients, research subjects, supervisees, coworkers, witnesses or complainants in disciplinary proceedings (paragraph 31).

Makes grammatical corrections to existing disciplinary grounds, changing phrases like "Employment of fraud" to "Employing fraud," "Habitual use of" to "Habitually using," and "Conviction of" to "Being convicted."

Clarifies board investigation procedures by specifying that licensees under investigation "who is" under investigation and correcting pronoun references from "it" to "the board" in multiple subsections.

Standardizes monetary penalty notation by changing "one thousand dollars" to "$1,000" in subsection F, paragraph 7.

Modifies the timeframe reference in solicitation provisions from "last" to "preceding" fifteen days when describing vulnerable persons involved in accidents or injuries.
