Prohibits use of algorithmic price fixing to establish rental rates in Arizona.

Creates rebuttable presumption of antitrust violation if attorney general proves: (1) algorithmic pricing used nonpublic competitor data, (2) algorithm set or recommended residential rental rates, and (3) at least two competitors used the same algorithm in the same or related markets.

Presumption can be rebutted if defendant proves by clear and convincing evidence they did not develop or distribute the algorithm and had no actual knowledge or reasonable knowledge it contained nonpublic competitor data.

Defines "algorithmic pricing" as any computational process (including machine learning and artificial intelligence) that recommends or sets prices affecting interstate or foreign commerce.

Defines "nonpublic competitor data" as nonpublic data derived from or provided by competitors, excluding publicly available industry reports, news, or generalized survey results.
