Appropriates $3,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Transportation for distribution to the City of Glendale for the 75th Avenue reconstruction project.

Requires the City of Glendale to demonstrate a commitment for matching funds of at least 20 percent of the total estimated project cost from non-state sources (gifts, grants, and donations) before the Department of Transportation may distribute the appropriated monies.
