Requires social media platforms operating in Arizona to establish high-privacy default settings for minors (individuals under 18 residing in the state).

Allows minors to opt out of collection and use of their personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the service, as disclosed to the minor.

Prohibits targeted advertising to minors based on personal information, with exceptions only for age and location-based targeting.

Grants the Arizona Attorney General exclusive enforcement authority; does not create a private right of action for violations.

Takes effect 180 days after the bill's general effective date; known as the "Protecting Children on Social Media Act."
