Property and casualty insurers must notify the Department of Insurance and applicable licensing boards if they notice claims activities suggesting possible insurance or health care fraud.

Defines "health care provider" as a person licensed, registered, or certified as a health care professional under Arizona Title 32.

Defines "health insurer" to include disability insurers, group disability insurers, blanket disability insurers, health care services organizations, hospital service corporations, and medical service corporations.
