Amends disciplinary grounds for chiropractors, naturopathic physicians, and radiologic technologists to include dividing professional fees or receiving consideration for patient referrals unless within bona fide employment, partnership, or corporate relationships.

Adds prohibition against practicing under another licensee's name, under any name other than the licensed name, or under trade names that misrepresent the practice.

Adds grounds for discipline for harassing, exploiting, or retaliating against patients, former patients, research subjects, supervisees, coworkers, witnesses, or complainants in disciplinary proceedings.

Makes grammatical and clarifying edits throughout sections 32-924, 32-1501, and 32-2801 to improve consistency and readability of professional conduct standards.
