Establishes a registration system for chiropractic assistants through the state board of chiropractic examiners, requiring completion of board-approved education programs, Arizona jurisprudence exam passage at 75%, CPR training, and fingerprint clearance card by January 1, 2026.

Defines scope of practice for registered chiropractic assistants to include patient history/vital signs, specimen collection, first aid, and assistance with examinations, while prohibiting independent examinations, diagnoses, x-rays (unless separately licensed), and adjustments.

Allows qualified chiropractic assistants to administer specific physical medicine modalities (ultrasound, traction, diathermy, galvanism, TENS, hot/cold packs, whirlpool) and acupuncture needle removal under direct supervision of a certified chiropractor.

Requires chiropractic assistants to work under direct supervision of a doctor of chiropractic who is on-site, display registration cards publicly, and provide patient identification of their status; makes supervising chiropractors responsible for all acts of assistants.

Adds chiropractic assistants to fingerprinting requirements in Arizona Revised Statutes sections 41-619.51 and 41-1758, establishing background check procedures comparable to other health professions.
