Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-421 to modify eligibility requirements for school district governing board members.

Removes restrictions on immediate family members serving simultaneously on governing boards, eliminating the prohibition that previously applied when boards had five members.

Removes restrictions on immediate family members being simultaneous candidates for governing board election in five-member boards.

Removes a provision that limited related candidates in school districts with 250+ students located in counties with 500,000+ population.

Retains existing eligibility requirements including voter registration, one-year residency in the district, and prohibition on sex offender registration.
