Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-2404 regarding Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESAs) and qualified schools.

Prohibits qualified schools from requiring parents or students to disclose whether a student is enrolled in the Arizona ESA program as a condition of enrollment.

Prohibits qualified schools from requiring disclosure of the amount deposited in a student's Arizona ESA account pursuant to statute.

Maintains existing protections that qualified schools cannot be required to alter their creed, practices, admissions policies, or curriculum to accept ESA-funded students.
