Limits psychological testing, principles, diagnoses, and concepts used by expert witnesses to those empirically established and generally accepted as valid and reliable for the specific parameters and conditions being tested.

Prohibits courts from allowing evidence relating to polygraph examinations, voice-stress analysis, or other unvalidated psychological measures in these proceedings.

Defines "abuse" by reference to section 8-201, "domestic violence" by reference to section 13-3601, and "forensic" as professional activity undertaken pursuant to a court order or for use in litigation involving parties in a parenting time proceeding.
