Adds Section 44-1535 to Arizona Revised Statutes, establishing 37 unlawful practices when selling goods or services in Arizona related to consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices.

Prohibits false representations about product origin, sponsorship, approval, characteristics, quality, condition (new vs. used), and false claims about recycled or degradable materials.

Prohibits deceptive pricing practices including false price reduction claims, advertising goods without intent to supply, and charging prices grossly in excess of similar goods or services.

Requires clear and conspicuous disclosure of terms for free offers, warranty disclaimers, credit terms, and prize claims; prohibits requiring social security numbers except for credit applications or as authorized by law.

Prohibits identity theft, misleading musical performance affiliations, and misrepresenting that repairs or products are needed; exempts health and dental service transactions; grants Attorney General authority to adopt implementing rules.
