Requires the Department of Economic Security to screen and test adult recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) cash benefits during fiscal year 2025-2026 if there is reasonable cause to believe they illegally use controlled substances.

Makes recipients who test positive for unprescribed controlled substances ineligible to receive TANF benefits for one year.

Applies only to adults who are otherwise eligible for TANF cash benefits and whom the department has reasonable cause to suspect of illegal drug use.

Provision is effective during fiscal year 2025-2026 only.
