Urges the Arizona State Board on Geographic and Historic Names and the United States Board on Geographic Names to designate the Cameron truss bridge near US Route 89 as the Jimmie Preston Memorial Bridge.

Honors Jimmie Preston, a Navajo Code Talker born in Tuba City on March 16, 1922, who served as a paratrooper with the 5th Marine Division and saw combat at Guadalcanal, Bougainville, Okinawa, and Iwo Jima during World War II.

Recognizes Preston's post-war service to his community, including work for the Arizona Highway Department, Navajo Tribal Police, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Navajo tribal government until his death on February 18, 1966, while serving as Cameron Chapter President.

Directs the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying the Jimmie Preston Memorial Bridge.

Requires the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to relevant state and federal boards, ADOT, and the President of the Navajo Nation.
