Urges the United States Congress to support the Palo Verde Generating Station and the safe use of nuclear energy in Arizona.

States that Palo Verde generates more than 32 million megawatt hours of electricity annually, powering over 4 million homes and businesses, and supplies nearly 70 percent of Arizona's carbon-free energy.

Highlights that Palo Verde is the only nuclear power plant in the country not located on a body of water and uses recycled water from surrounding communities for cooling.

Notes that Palo Verde provides a $2.3 billion annual economic impact, employs approximately 2,000 full-time workers plus 1,000 contractors during maintenance, and purchases over $123 million annually from Arizona businesses.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, and each Member of Congress from Arizona.
