AZ HCR2014

Proposes constitutional amendment to designate House of Representatives seats as "A" and "B" based on alphabetical order of members' surnames and first names, effective beginning with the 58th Legislature in 2027.

Requires candidates for House of Representatives to run for and be elected to either seat "A" or seat "B" within their legislative district, rather than the current at-large election system.

Makes technical updates to Article IV, Part 2, Section 1 of the Arizona Constitution, including grammatical corrections and terminology changes (e.g., "chair" to "chairperson").

Maintains existing provisions for the independent redistricting commission structure, which establishes and adjusts congressional and legislative district boundaries every ten years.

Requires submission of the proposition to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
