Identifies Palo Verde as America's most productive nuclear power plant, generating over 32 million megawatt hours annually and supplying power to more than 4 million homes and businesses.

Highlights that Palo Verde supplies nearly 70 percent of Arizona's carbon-free energy and is the largest source of clean energy in the West.

Notes Palo Verde is Arizona's largest single commercial taxpayer, provides a $2.3 billion annual economic impact, employs approximately 2,000 full-time workers plus 1,000 contractors during maintenance, and purchases over $123 million annually from Arizona businesses.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and all Arizona Members of Congress.
