AZ HCR2036

Limits each legislator to introducing no more than 10 measures during a regular legislative session.

Restricts measures introduced during the second regular session of any legislature to only bills that repeal existing statutes.

Exempts emergency measures, general appropriation bills, and budget reconciliation bills from the 10-measure limit.

Requires any measure with bipartisan cosponsorship (at least one cosponsor from each of the two largest political parties) to receive a committee or subcommittee hearing in its chamber of origin.

Submits the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election.
