AZ HCR2037

Repeals the definition of "prohibited weapon" in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3101(A)(8), which currently bans suppressors, fully automatic firearms, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, Molotov cocktails, and improvised explosive devices.

Retains only the prohibition on bombs, grenades, rockets with propellant charges over four ounces, mines, and other explosive/incendiary/poison gas items in the "prohibited weapon" definition.

Removes restrictions on possessing devices designed to muffle firearm reports, semi-automatic firearms capable of automatic fire, and short-barreled firearms, subject to federal law compliance.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the measure to voters at the next general election as a referendum proposition titled the "Shall Not Be Infringed Act."

States legislative intent to restore the people's right to keep and bear arms without state infringement.
