Amends section 12-115 to establish an additional fee on filings, appearances, and answers or responses in superior court, with fees collected and remitted monthly to the state treasurer for deposit in the fair jury improvement fund.

Renames the "Arizona trial and digital evidence fund" to the "fair jury improvement fund" under section 21-222.

Allocates fund monies to pay earnings replacement or supplementation to petit jurors ($40-$300 per day), and if funds remain available, to pay for management and storage of digital evidence at trials.

Allows jurors to request payment from the fund for lost earnings, with amounts limited to the difference between jury fees and actual earnings, subject to employer verification or sworn affidavits for self-employed jurors.

Extends the delayed repeal dates for both sections 12-115 (from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2030) and section 21-222 (from June 30, 2027 to June 30, 2031).
