Appropriates $2,617,991 for fiscal year 2025-2026 and $2,711,339 for fiscal year 2026-2027 from the nuclear emergency management fund.

Allocates $1,266,916 (FY 2025-2026) and $1,311,566 (FY 2026-2027) with 8 full-time equivalent positions to the division of emergency management of the department of emergency and military affairs.

Provides $347,109 (FY 2025-2026) and $352,877 (FY 2026-2027) with 2.44 full-time equivalent positions to the Arizona department of agriculture for off-site nuclear emergency response plans.

Directs $953,966 (FY 2025-2026) and $996,896 (FY 2026-2027) to Maricopa county departments and agencies, and $100,000 annually to the city of Buckeye for nuclear emergency response responsibilities.

Assesses the total appropriated amounts plus applicable interest against each consortium of public and municipal corporations operating commercial nuclear generating stations in Arizona.
