Increases director compensation in sanitary districts from $150 per month to $363 per month, effective immediately.

Allows sanitary district boards to adjust director compensation every five years starting in 2030 based on changes in the consumer price index published by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Makes minor technical corrections to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-2010, including grammatical updates ("prior to" changed to "before," "per cent" changed to "percent," "three member" changed to "three-member").

Maintains existing provisions that members of county boards of supervisors serving as district directors receive no compensation but are reimbursed for necessary expenses.
