AZ SB1014

Repeals the prohibition on devices designed to muffle the report of a firearm from Arizona's definition of prohibited weapons.

Renumbers remaining prohibited weapon categories in section 13-3101 to account for removal of the muffler device prohibition.

Updates section 13-3110 references to prohibited weapons to reflect the renumbered categories for simulated explosive devices.

Maintains all other prohibited weapon restrictions including explosives, automatic firearms, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, Molotov cocktails, and improvised explosive devices.
