• Adds new subsection K to Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1802 to grant in-state student tuition classification to persons contracted as cadets in Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs in Arizona.

• ROTC cadets qualify for immediate in-state student status without the standard one-year domicile requirement.

• Renumbers existing subsection K (relating to veterans using federal educational assistance) to subsection L.

• Effective April 18, 2025 (approved by Governor) and filed with Arizona Secretary of State on April 21, 2025.
