Prohibits pedestrians from remaining on painted traffic medians or raised traffic islands/medians less than 10 feet wide, except while expeditiously crossing the street.

Exempts persons dealing with exigent circumstances, including medical emergencies or motor vehicle problems.

Exempts traffic medians or islands containing constructed paths, sidewalks, bus stops, benches, or similar structures designed to accommodate pedestrian presence.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 28, Chapter 3, Article 10 by adding section 28-798.
