Adds section 32-2240.04 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding damages in veterinarian malpractice actions.

Allows persons who prevail in malpractice actions against veterinarians to recover the fair market value of a domestic animal if the animal dies as a result of the malpractice.

Allows recovery of all reasonable and necessary veterinary medical expenses for the domestic animal resulting from the malpractice activity.

Defines "domestic animal" as a mammal, bird, reptile, or amphibian that is not regulated by title 3 and is kept primarily as a pet or companion or bred to be a pet or companion.
