Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-317 to allow school board candidates to collect nomination petition signatures through a secure online portal provided by the secretary of state.

Expands the existing online signature collection system (previously available for city, town, county, and precinct committeeman candidates) to include school board office candidates.

Through 2024, candidates may collect up to the minimum number of required signatures online; beginning in 2025, candidates may collect up to 110 percent of the minimum number of required signatures online.

Requires the online system to verify elector eligibility and identity, and allows only qualified electors who are authorized to sign for a particular candidate to participate.
