Allows county medical examiners to retain and supervise cremation of indigent deceased persons at county-owned and operated crematories, with cremations performed by licensed cremationists.

Exempts county medical examiners and alternate medical examiners from licensure requirements when supervising cremation of indigent deceased persons pursuant to section 11-600.
