Amends Arizona law to allow cities and towns (but not counties) to restrict firearm discharge within one-fourth mile of occupied structures during wildlife hunting without owner consent.

Modifies section 17-309 to prohibit firearm discharge within one-fourth mile of occupied farmhouses, residences, cabins, lodges or buildings during wildlife taking, with exception allowing shotgun discharge from greater than one-eighth mile distance.

Adds new restrictions on archery equipment discharge within one-eighth mile of occupied structures during wildlife taking without permission of owner or resident.

Defines "archery equipment" as longbows, recurve bows, compound bows or crossbows designed to discharge arrows or bolts, and defines "shotgun" for purposes of the distance exception provision.

Replaces references to "political subdivisions" with "city or town" in firearms preemption statute to limit local authority to regulate firearm discharge related to wildlife taking.
