Amends A.R.S. § 16-442 to require voting equipment have no internet connectivity, prohibit remote access or software changes to results, use unique user credentials changed per election cycle, and log deletions of ballot images and election data for 22 months.

Adds A.R.S. § 16-567 requiring polling place and voting center equipment to have no internet access, tamper-proof seals on accessible ports, and complete chain of custody documentation signed by every person handling the equipment; violation is a class 1 misdemeanor.

Adds A.R.S. § 16-605 requiring central counting center tabulation equipment to have no internet access, tamper-proof seals on ports, chain of custody documentation for all equipment and removable storage devices, two bipartisan observers present during device insertion/removal and transport, and prohibits sole custody by one person; violation is a class 1 misdemeanor.

Mandates all counting center activities be recorded in continuous video posted to the county website.
