Amends Laws 2024, Chapter 209, Section 129 to reduce state general fund lump sum appropriations across 44 state budget units for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Increases judicial reductions significantly: Arizona Supreme Court from $386,300 to $10,040,000; Court of Appeals from $508,200 to $4,214,800; Superior Court from $180,100 to $19,228,400.

Reduces appropriations for multiple state departments including Department of Economic Security ($3,026,200), Arizona State University ($10,995,800), University of Arizona main campus ($6,562,200), and Department of Revenue ($1,748,200).

Protects three university centers from reductions exceeding 3.45 percent: Arizona State University School of Civic and Economic Thought and Leadership, Northern Arizona University Economic Policy Institute, and University of Arizona Center for the Philosophy of Freedom.

Total reductions span administrative, health care, education, law enforcement, and transportation sectors with individual cuts ranging from $2,400 to $19,228,400.
