Cities and towns must include a public notices link at the top of their website homepage that organizes all required statutory notices by category.

Cities may satisfy statutory advertising requirements through their official website, except for notices of proposed charters required by section 9-282.

Counties may satisfy statutory advertising and publishing requirements by posting notices on their official website with a public notices link at the top of their homepage organized by category.
