Amends section 32-1126 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding contractor license fees and assessments.

Reduces residential contractor recovery fund assessments from "not more than $600" to $370 for initial licenses and $270 for license renewals during the biennial license period.

Adds automatic assessment reduction mechanism: assessments are reduced by 50 percent if the residential contractors' recovery fund exceeds $15,000,000 at fiscal year end, and restored to full amounts when the fund falls below $10,000,000.

Makes no changes to existing contractor license application, renewal, or examination fees for general or specialty contractors in residential, commercial, or dual-licensed categories.
