Requires cities, towns, counties, and state agencies to comply with all federal immigration and deportation laws and cooperate with U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Mandates contracts between these entities and independent contractors include provisions voiding the contract if the contractor violates federal immigration compliance requirements.

Allows the Attorney General to investigate cities, towns, or counties at the request of one or more legislators for alleged violations of this section.

Authorizes private citizens to bring lawsuits to enforce the immigration compliance requirements.

Requires state agencies that violate this section to deposit 10 percent of their annual funding into the general fund within 30 days of the violation.

All three new provisions (sections 9-500.52, 11-269.30, and 41-710.03) are set to expire on December 31, 2028.
