Extends the motorcycle safety fund by removing the June 30, 2025 expiration date, allowing continued collection of $1 from each motorcycle registration fee for the fund.

Director of the governor's office of highway safety administers the fund and may use up to 10 percent of monies for administrative costs.

Monies in the fund must be used for voluntary motorcycle education, awareness, training programs, and materials for motorcycle safety initiatives.

Establishes that fees deposited in the motorcycle safety fund are held in trust and may only be used for statutory purposes, prohibiting transfer to the state general fund or general operations.

Act applies retroactively from June 29, 2025; approved and filed May 7, 2025.
