Establishes the Arizona deportations fund through a new fee on foreign wire transmissions of money, with funds managed by the state treasurer and deposited by the Department of Revenue.

Imposes a fee on licensees (money transmission businesses) of $25 for foreign wire transmissions under $500, and $25 plus 5% of amounts over $500 for transactions of $500 or more.

Directs fund monies to provide $2,500 grants to law enforcement agencies for each illegal alien apprehended and deported, with confirmation required from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or other federal agency.

Creates an income tax credit under section 43-1080 allowing taxpayers to claim a credit for fees paid for foreign wire transmissions during the taxable year.

Adds section 43-1080 to the joint legislative income tax credit review committee's review schedule for years ending in 0 and 5.
