Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-312 regarding write-in candidate nomination procedures.

Changes the filing deadline for write-in candidates in elections that may be canceled from the 106th day before the election to the 92nd day before the election.

Maintains existing requirements that write-in candidates generally file between 150 days before and 5:00 p.m. on the 40th day before an election, with exceptions for specific candidate types.

Preserves all other write-in candidate requirements including residency qualifications, financial disclosure statements, and restrictions on candidates who failed in primary elections or petition signature gathering.
