Establishes the Arizona Office of Defense Innovation within the office of the governor to foster partnerships and attract federal and private defense investments to the state.

Governor appoints a director in consultation with legislative leadership and establishes an advisory board with representatives from military installations, defense industry, postsecondary education, and state economic development agencies.

Office shall develop a strategic plan for defense competitiveness, serve as liaison to federal defense agencies, support companies seeking federal defense contracts, and collaborate with universities on defense technology projects.

Office must submit an annual report by December 31 to the governor and legislature detailing activities, achievements, and recommendations.

Appropriates unspecified amount from state general fund for fiscal year 2025-2026 to support the office, with appropriation exempt from lapsing provisions.
