Amends service of summons requirements in forcible entry and detainer actions to require parties serving by posting to photograph the posting with an embedded time and date stamp and submit the photograph electronically to the court's records.

Modifies special detainer action procedures to require that when summons is conspicuously posted on a tenant's residence, a photograph identifying the location with an embedded time and date stamp must be submitted electronically to the court's records.

Prohibits state agencies and courts from adopting or enforcing mandatory or technical form requirements for notices and pleadings in forcible entry, forcible detainer, or special detainer actions, provided statutory content and formatting requirements are met.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language including changing "no" to "not," "them" to "the premises," "from" to "after," and "nor" to "or" in relevant sections.
