AZ SB1195

Amends Arizona law to allow voters to give their voted early ballot to another person for delivery to a polling place, ballot drop box, election official, USPS, or other authorized entity.

Prohibits the collection of unvoted early ballots from another person as a class 6 felony, with exceptions for election officials, USPS workers, family members, household members, and caregivers.

Requires county recorders to include written instructions informing voters that only they, family members, household members, or caregivers may handle or return their ballots.

Beginning in 2026, requires early ballots to be returned to the county recorder's office by delivery, polling place deposit, or in-person presentation with valid identification.

Defines "caregiver," "collects," "family member," and "household member" for purposes of ballot collection restrictions.
