Prohibits employers from refusing to interview, hire, promote, or employ an applicant because the applicant declines to provide wage history.

Prohibits employers from retaliating against applicants for employment who do not provide wage history.

Defines "wage history" as wages paid to an applicant by the applicant's current or former employer.

Adds section 23-207 to Title 23, Chapter 2, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
