Appropriates $750,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Health Services for a public education campaign on Alzheimer's disease and dementia in rural and underserved urban areas.

Requires the Department to distribute funds to a nonprofit organization that demonstrates expertise in dementia and Alzheimer's disease, operates a 24/7 toll-free hotline with master's level consultants and interpreter services, and has experience with public awareness campaigns.

The nonprofit must provide education on Alzheimer's signs and symptoms, decision-making support, dementia crisis assistance, treatment options, and referrals to local community resources.

Requires the Department of Health Services to submit a report on the campaign's impact to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state by November 1, 2026.
