Amends Section 15-710.02 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand 9/11 education requirements for public schools.

Requires public schools serving students in grades 7-12 to provide age-appropriate instruction on the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on 9/11 Education Day.

Previously applied to schools "in this state" without grade specification; now explicitly limits requirement to schools providing instruction in any of grades 7-12.

Authorizes the state board of education to develop policies or adopt rules to implement the instruction requirement.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage and signed into law March 19, 2025.
