Authorizes the Arizona biomedical research centre to provide competitive grants from the medical marijuana fund for marijuana clinical trials approved by the FDA.

Clinical trials must be conducted by Arizona-based researchers from nonprofit organizations or universities, approved by FDA, DEA, and an institutional review board, and published in peer-reviewed journals.

Prioritizes randomized controlled trials studying treatment of autism, epilepsy, post-traumatic stress disorder, and pain.

Provides legal protection from prosecution under Arizona law for grant recipients and their employees possessing marijuana cultivated for approved clinical trials.

Allocates $2,000,000 from the medical marijuana fund by July 1, 2026, with an additional $2,000,000 available by July 1, 2028, if the medical marijuana fund maintains at least two years of operational expenses, with a 5% cap on administrative costs.
