• Modifies board composition requirements across multiple health professions (podiatry, chiropractic, dental, medical, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, and others) to standardize appointment procedures and specify public member qualifications and protections.

• Requires all health profession regulatory boards to submit comprehensive reports to the governor and legislature by November 1, 2025, detailing licensing requirements, complaint procedures, staffing, employee practices, and board position qualifications.

• Applies standardized language regarding fingerprint background checks, oath requirements, removal procedures, and immunity protections across all regulated health profession boards to create consistency in governance.
