Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-342 to allow school district governing boards to lease school buildings or grounds to entities providing affordable housing for public benefit workforce sectors.

Permits leases of school property as lessors for periods less than ninety-nine years without voter approval when the lessee receives funding (tax credits or government incentives) to provide housing.

Defines "public good" to include housing for high-need workforce sectors: firefighters, peace officers, emergency medical services providers, hospital employees, health care employees, and kindergarten through grade twelve teachers.

Establishes "funding" as tax credits or other government incentives provided to the entity receiving the lease.
