Requires the Arizona State Parks Board to issue a lifetime veteran's pass at no cost to eligible veterans.

Applicant must be a current Arizona resident for at least 12 months and provide satisfactory evidence of armed forces service.

Lifetime pass grants free entrance to all Arizona state parks for the veteran and all passengers in the same vehicle at per-vehicle sites.

At per-person charge sites, the pass covers the veteran and up to three additional people.
