Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2981 to modify income eligibility thresholds for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Increases the gross household income limit from 200% of the federal poverty level to 225% effective October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025 (subject to federal approval).

Raises the income eligibility threshold to 250% of the federal poverty level beginning October 1, 2025 and for each fiscal year thereafter.

Applies to members under 19 years of age whose household income meets the specified federal poverty level percentages.
