Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-1315 regarding prohibited provisions in rental agreements.

Prohibits landlords from restricting specific dog breeds or types if they allow tenants to house dogs on the rental premises.

Maintains existing prohibitions on rental agreement provisions that waive tenant rights, require tenants to pay landlord attorney fees (with limited exceptions), limit landlord liability, or penalize tenants for calling emergency services.

Renders prohibited provisions unenforceable, allowing tenants to recover actual damages and up to two months' periodic rent if landlords deliberately use agreements with prohibited terms.

Preserves landlords' rights to evict tenants under existing eviction statutes.
