Adds section 28-986 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing inspection requirements for authorized emergency vehicles operated as police vehicles in patrol capacity.

Requires law enforcement agencies to conduct annual inspections of police vehicles used in patrol capacity.

Police vehicles must meet at least one of two criteria at time of inspection: manufacture date of ten years or less from inspection date, OR 115,000 miles or less on the odometer.
