Amends Arizona election canvass procedures to require governing bodies to "acknowledge without prejudice" election canvass results rather than simply "canvass" elections.

Modifies Section 16-642 to specify that county boards, the secretary of state, and city/town/special district governing bodies must acknowledge election canvass within existing timeframes (county primary by second Monday after election, general election by third Thursday after election).

Requires special districts to present to the board of supervisors a certified copy and acknowledgment without prejudice of the official canvass at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

Updates Section 16-646 to require that the official canvass statement and its acknowledgment without prejudice be mailed to the secretary of state and maintained as permanent public record.

Applies the acknowledgment without prejudice language to all canvass procedures for county, state, city, town, and special district elections.
